I love pasta for a quick dinner meal. But I am not a big fan of the shop bought sauces. Somehow it never tastes like I want it to be. So I started experimenting with different flavors and ideas to create a one-pot pasta the way I like it. I prefer one-pot recipes as they are easy to make with not too much of a hassle and also I found the flavors infuse better this way

This pasta is packed with veg and is super tasty to eat! This would make a perfect family meal and is toddler approved. Which means, make this for dinner and the entire family can dig in. This colorful pasta can be very tempting for your picky little eaters.

Total time spent to make this dish?? 20 minutes. Easy!

All you need to do is place all your ingredients in a heavy bottomed pan and let it do the work for you 🙂

I’ve tried to make this dish as clean and healthy as possible. If you can suggest any other tweaks to this recipe, let me know in the comments section below. I would love to read your creative ideas.

Recipe Notes

You can swap the chili powder for pepper powder instead. You just need one ingredient to lift up the heat in this pasta.
