Want to impress the kids with some fancy-schmancy Halloween treat? How about a healthy one that even a toddler can enjoy?

I found a whole lot of fun Halloween ideas on the pinterest, some super fun and some super tasty, but I wanted to try out something that will be healthy yet do justice to Halloween. And voila! I have put together this breakfast idea that might kickstart the festive mood for the little ones.

This has some of the most obvious ingredients you already have at home. All you need is just a hungry belly!

Make sure to serve this breakfast with this spooky red drink ( full of fruit and veg goodness!) Best time of the year to serve this drink I’d say.

Ingredients
  • 2slices breadHI-fibre white bread
  • 1tbsp peanut butter
  • 4 dried raisins
  • 1 kiwior any green fruit
  • 1 babybel cheeseor something similar
  • 1 mandarine
Instructions
  1. Spread some peanut butter between two slices of bread and carve out your spooky character. You don't need to be very artsy-craftsy with this one. I just carved it out with a sharp pointed knife.
  2. Carve out the wax from the cheese and peel your mandarines keeping the fruit intact giving it the pumpkin look. I just placed a slice of kiwi to make it look like a stalk 😉
  3. And almost forgot, place some raisins to make the eyes for your peanut butter sandwich aka Halloween ghost!
