Recipe Notes

This is a super healthy easy recipe when you have a cranky toddler that wants a sweet treat. If not for a breakfast smoothie, this would be great when you are lost for an evening snack idea. They get the goodness of a fruit as well as the much-needed dose of calcium and protein to maintain the child's well-balanced health. If your little one is in need of some extra weight gain, this recipe is a good option.
