Yes, you guessed right. Beetroot is the primary ingredient, along with carrots, apples, and ginger. Ginger is optional for the kids, they might not be up for the strong flavor. But I make this drink for myself I go grate in a little ginger before blending it together.

An easy drink that only takes you 5 minutes to prepare for your little ones.
- 1 large beetroot
- 2 carrots
- 1 appleyour choice of sweet apples
- 1inch gingeroptional
- Ginger is optional, so you can do without it.
- The goodness of one fruit and two veg in one drink, and best of all you cant even tell by the sweet taste of it. The bright red color of this drink can be very tempting for the kids to try out. And this is the best way to have beets if your little ones find it hard to eat them as it is.
