Today’s recipe is not only a super simple easy recipe but a super tasty one! It’s not deep fried and does not require you to pour a lot of oil to make it turn out crispy. These crispy herb baked potato wedges can tame anyone’s craving for deep fried food. It’s a perfect appetizer and would be an easy one to do if you are throwing a party at home. Just cut up these potatoes into wedges and toss in the other ingredients and you can sit back with friends and family while it bakes quietly in the oven. You can leave the skins on them, I prefer it this way and it’s a time saver too. But it is up to you if want to peel your potatoes.
I know how hard staying away from fast food and fries can be, so treat yourself to this one simple recipe. If you know me its not all about starving yourself and only a clean meal, I like to have “break days” if I may call it and this is my fav!
With the holiday season not far away, you can jot down this recipe in your to-do-list of dinner ideas or party food. I tell ya, even when it’s baking in the oven the smell of that crispy potato goodness just fills the room. This will go well with a nice avocado or a hummus dip. Crispy Herb baked potato wedges- easy peasy!
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 4 baking potatoes
- 1/2tsp paprika
- 1/2tsp pepper
- pinch salt
- 1tsp italian seasoningor dried oregano
